Hi Seth, thanks for the feedback and We are sorry this was a frustrating experience. To be transparent for anyone reading: this order was affected by a genuine pricing error on our site, where an item briefly displayed far below its correct price. Several orders placed in that window were cancelled and fully refunded — no customer was charged. We also offered a goodwill discount off the correct price as a gesture of good faith. We hold ourselves to a high standard and take mistakes on our end seriously. If you'd like to discuss it further, please reach us at info@blckline.com.au. — Mihir, BLCKLINE Automotive
